A high-end casual dining restaurant chain in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician to handle the maintenance, repair, testing, and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment and related machines.
Main Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose kitchen equipment, tools, and machines to identify faults and maintenance needs.
- Repair faulty equipment and replace spare parts when required.
- Install new parts and components to improve equipment performance.
- Test repaired machines and equipment to make sure they are working properly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance in coordination with restaurant operators.
- Check and maintain kitchen equipment to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
- Calibrate testing instruments and equipment when required to ensure accurate readings.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair work.
- Follow workplace safety procedures while carrying out maintenance tasks.
- Perform other maintenance duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Practical experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment.
- Good knowledge of equipment inspection, spare parts replacement, installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose equipment faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Experience with testing and calibration of maintenance instruments is an advantage.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Candidates must be eligible for sponsorship transfer.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
