- Preparing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover schedules
- Preparing recovery programs and revised project schedules
- Resource loading and cost loading
- Preparing manpower and equipment histograms
- Cash flow forecasts and S-curves
- Progress monitoring and schedule updates
- Performance measurement and Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Mitigation and recovery planning
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Productivity analysis
- Project risk identification and recovery strategies
- Weekly and monthly progress reports
- Executive presentations
The role also involves coordination with Project Managers, construction teams, procurement, commercial departments, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
A strong understanding of construction sequencing for roads and utilities projects is required.
