Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customs documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with customs authorities, port officials, and inspection agencies
- Handle customs declarations through platforms such as Fasah, Bayan, ASYCUDA, or local systems
- Follow up on port and border release procedures
- Resolve customs holds and inspection issues
- Handle tariff classification and HS code queries
- Support smooth import and export operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on customs clearance experience
- Strong knowledge of local customs laws and import/export compliance
- Good understanding of HS codes and tariff classification
- Experience in port operations, freight forwarding, or express logistics
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures
