A garments manufacturing facility in Dammam is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, factory costing, inventory, and compliance work.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Complete bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Track inventory, expenses, production costs, and factory overheads.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing cost records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting rules, VAT, and ZATCA requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide financial records when required.
- Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.
- Review financial data and provide reports and recommendations to management.
- Supervise accounting staff when needed.
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.
- Must be registered with SOCPA.
- Experience in manufacturing or garments industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, costing, inventory, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.
