A company in Riyadh is hiring an experienced Fulfilment Centre Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations. Candidates with a background in logistics or fleet management are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans based on business projections.
- Coordinate with business planning teams for inbound releases and stock replenishment.
- Review SLA performance and report results to management.
- Plan and manage outbound dispatches.
- Monitor inventory accuracy at bin and process levels.
- Support new warehouse projects, including racking changes and layout optimization.
- Conduct regular warehouse floor checks for cleanliness, process issues, and pending work.
- Help improve warehouse processes and clear operational backlogs.
- Make sure the team follows safety rules and SOPs.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of fulfilment centre experience
- Background in logistics or fleet management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Valid Iqama
- Must be able to process sponsorship transfer
- Age below 40 years
