Seton Star Contracting Co. LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant to handle daily accounting and financial activities. Candidates with experience in construction, manpower supply, or subcontracting companies will be preferred.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process customer and supplier invoices.
- Record and monitor client and supplier payments.
- Handle payroll and employee-related accounting.
- Track company expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and organize accounting documents and reports.
- Monitor project-related expenses and financial transactions.
- Calculate and track manpower costs where required.
- Support project accounting and cost control activities.
- Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records.
- Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, and other departments on financial matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in construction, manpower supply, or subcontracting companies.
- Strong knowledge of:
- General accounting
- Invoicing
- Payroll
- Supplier payments
- Client payments
- Expenses
- Financial record keeping
- Experience with manpower cost calculation is preferred.
- Knowledge of project-related accounting is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
