Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Find and develop new business opportunities in MEP and fit-out projects
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers
- Take part in tendering, proposal preparation, and project acquisition
- Research the construction market and upcoming projects
- Work closely with estimation, engineering, and project teams
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Manage the sales pipeline and work toward business development targets
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- 3–5 years of business development experience in MEP, construction, or fit-out
- Good understanding of the Saudi construction market
- Knowledge of the project tendering and bidding process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
