A construction company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites. The role covers villas and high-rise building projects and requires someone who can manage site teams, coordinate different MEP services, and keep installation work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP site activities and make sure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services.
- Read and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural activities to prevent clashes and delays.
- Supervise MEP technicians, workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installation work.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification of MEP works.
- Identify site issues, technical problems, and clashes and report them to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
- Make sure required materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available.
- Prepare daily site reports and provide updates on progress and delays.
- Assist with inspections, snagging, and completion of outstanding MEP works.
- Ensure work follows project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable Bahrain construction standards.
- Ensure workers follow proper PPE, PTW, and site safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP Site Supervisor or MEP Supervisor in construction projects.
- Experience with villa or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of construction site coordination and MEP installation practices.
- Strong supervision and coordination skills.
- Bahrain construction experience is preferred.
- Must currently be available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
