- Basic Salary: SAR 7,500
- Housing Allowance: 25% of basic salary
- Transportation Allowance: 10% of basic salary
- Iqama: Transferable Iqama required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture — mandatory
- 5–6 years of HSE experience
- GCC experience in construction and mega infrastructure projects
- NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISO safety certifications — mandatory
- Good knowledge of site safety and workplace safety procedures
- Experience in risk assessment and HSE compliance
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Transferable Iqama
HSE Engineer Responsibilities
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental standards at the worksite
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Check compliance with HSE procedures and safety regulations
- Prepare safety reports and maintain HSE records
- Support safety training and toolbox talks
- Coordinate with site teams to improve workplace safety
