Main Responsibilities
- Lead industrial service, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and EPC projects
- Manage project operations from planning through completion
- Plan manpower, equipment, and other project resources
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients and project teams
- Monitor daily operational performance
- Make sure projects are completed safely and on time
- Maintain required quality standards
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements
- Find ways to improve project operations and work efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years in an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong experience in:
- Shutdown projects
- Turnaround projects
- Oil & Gas
- Petrochemical
- Industrial maintenance
- EPC projects
- Industrial services
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Good knowledge of manpower planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution
- SABIC and Aramco approval
- GCC experience is an advantage
- Strong project management and leadership skills
