Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing plans to increase patient bookings.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels.
- Plan healthcare promotions, offers, and service packages.
- Build partnerships with companies and develop insurance and TPA relationships.
- Create referral programs and community outreach campaigns.
- Work with doctors and management on marketing activities.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and media partners.
- Track leads, patient conversions, campaign results, and ROI.
- Find new business opportunities and help generate additional revenue.
- Review marketing performance and improve campaigns based on results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Healthcare or medical marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with corporate partnerships and business development is an advantage.
- Bahrain or GCC healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
- Target-focused with a strong focus on attracting new patients and increasing revenue.
