Job Description
Emaar Albader Contracting Company is hiring an experienced BIM Manager for a project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
The candidate must have previous NEOM project experience and strong experience managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for large construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM activities across the project.
- Lead BIM coordination between engineering, design, construction, and project teams.
- Manage BIM models and ensure proper coordination between different disciplines.
- Review models and identify design clashes and coordination issues.
- Coordinate BIM work with architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure BIM processes follow project requirements and standards.
- Support model review, clash detection, and project coordination.
- Maintain BIM documentation and project records.
- Make sure BIM deliverables are completed according to project schedules.
- Support the project team with BIM-related technical issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar BIM management role.
- NEOM project experience is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and management.
- Good working knowledge of:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- Other BIM software
- Good understanding of BIM standards, processes, and project requirements.
- Knowledge of NEOM BIM standards and requirements is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in large construction, infrastructure, engineering, and NEOM projects will be preferred.
