Requirements
Candidates should have:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or data center networking
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI
- Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, APIC, and ANP
- Experience with DMVPN and SD-WAN
- Hands-on experience with Dell and HP switches
- Experience with NSX-T and network virtualization
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools and Wireshark
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting critical production and data center environments is preferred
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
The Senior Network Engineer will support and maintain enterprise and data center network infrastructure.
Main duties include:
- Manage and troubleshoot data center networks
- Configure and support Cisco ACI and Nexus environments
- Work with APIC and ANP
- Support routing and switching infrastructure
- Manage DMVPN and SD-WAN environments
- Support Dell and HP network switches
- Work with NSX-T and network virtualization
- Monitor network performance and resolve network issues
- Use Wireshark and other troubleshooting tools
- Support critical production systems
- Investigate complex network problems and provide solutions
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, data center networking, Cisco ACI, Nexus, routing, switching, SD-WAN, DMVPN, network virtualization, and network troubleshooting is important for this role.
