A growing bakery in Al Busayteen, Bahrain is hiring an experienced Cake Chef to handle premium cake production and supervise pastry assistants. This is a senior hands-on role for someone who can make high-quality cakes independently and create new flavors.

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake premium cakes and desserts from start to finish.
- Make cakes in different sizes while keeping the same taste, texture, and quality.
- Prepare popular premium flavors such as Tiramisu, Truffle, Saffron, and Cheesecake.
- Develop new cake flavors, recipes, and seasonal products.
- Work with Belgian chocolate for cakes, desserts, and decorations.
- Plan daily production and organize tasks for the pastry team.
- Supervise and guide pastry assistants during production.
- Check the quality, taste, texture, and presentation of finished products.
- Follow proper food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Keep daily production work organized and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cake Chef or Pastry Chef.
- Strong hands-on experience making premium cakes.
- Skilled in preparing different cake flavors and sizes.
- Good knowledge of Belgian chocolate and chocolate decoration.
- Able to create new cake recipes and flavors.
- Experience supervising pastry assistants or a small production team.
- Strong focus on cake quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
- Able to manage daily bakery production independently.
