Job Description
Hasan Mansouri W.L.L. is hiring an experienced Hotel Duty & Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of a hotel, including restaurants and bars.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar hotel management role, strong English skills, and good professional references.
Main Duties
- Manage daily hotel operations
- Oversee hotel departments and daily services
- Manage restaurant and bar operations
- Maintain high service and operational standards
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily activities
- Monitor guest service and handle operational issues
- Make sure hotel services run smoothly
- Coordinate with department heads and staff
- Check service quality and staff performance
- Handle guest concerns and resolve problems when required
- Maintain proper hotel procedures and standards
- Support the management team with daily operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar hotel operations or management position
- Experience managing hotel, restaurant, and bar operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional approach to customer service
- Good professional references are required
- Ability to manage hotel operations to a 5-star standard
