Main Responsibilities
The Receptionist will handle daily front desk and guest service operations and make sure guests receive proper assistance during their stay.
Key duties include:
- Welcome guests and provide professional front-desk service
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints
- Assist guests with hotel information and services
- Manage room reservations and booking-related requests
- Maintain accurate guest information in the IDS system
- Update guest records and front-office information
- Handle payments and related documentation
- Prepare and maintain front-office records
- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status and guest requests
- Communicate with other hotel departments when guest assistance is required

Requirements
