A company in Jubail is looking for an experienced Business & Project Planner to manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, commercial activities, risks, and coordination between project stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Plan project resources and workforce capacity according to project needs.
- Support subcontractor procurement and allocate work scopes.
- Monitor project costs, commercial activities, billing, and financial performance.
- Identify project risks and support claims management and resolution.
- Coordinate between clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on project progress and help keep activities on schedule.
- Manage competing priorities between different project parties while maintaining progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business or project planning.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience with ERP financial and billing systems.
- Good understanding of FIDIC and industrial contract terms.
- Knowledge of progress billing, cost estimation, and commercial project control.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle discussions between clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, cost control, and risk management.
