- Experience: 3–4 years managing a premium salon or beauty spa
- Languages: English and Arabic required

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Handle customer bookings, complaints, and service recovery.
- Monitor sales targets, staff productivity, inventory, and expenses.
- Coordinate promotions, packages, and customer retention activities.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and local regulations.
- Train staff and manage their performance.
- Handle basic reporting and cash-related duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a premium salon or beauty spa.
- Strong salon operations and team-management experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services, beauty products, and industry trends.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional, organized, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills are mandatory.
