A company in Dammam is looking for a hands-on Service Technician to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery at customer sites across Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and demonstrate industrial machines.
- Set up, align, calibrate, and test machinery before operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and basic control-system faults.
- Attend customer breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Give basic machine and operator training when required.
- Prepare service and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Travel to customer locations across Saudi Arabia when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery service and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of:
- Motors and pumps
- Gearboxes and bearings
- Hydraulic valves and cylinders
- Pneumatic systems
- VFDs and sensors
- Relays and contactors
- Electrical control panels
- Basic automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and machine manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters and pressure gauges.
- Knowledge of machine safety systems and safe maintenance procedures.
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel and work at customer sites across Saudi Arabia.

Experience with any of the following machinery will be an advantage:
