Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines.
- Install, fit, align, and change molds.
- Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials.
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and production problems.
- Maintain consistent product quality and reduce defects.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic machine repairs.
- Reduce machine downtime and material waste.
- Train and guide junior machine operators when required.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in plastic injection molding operations.
- Strong experience in mold fitting and machine setup.
- Good knowledge of injection molding machine operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine, mold, and production issues.
- Candidates who are currently available and not working are preferred.
- Immediate availability is required.
