Advance Technical Services (ATS) is looking for a Project Control Engineer to handle project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress tracking, and performance reporting in Riyadh.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor project costs and compare actual spending with planned costs.
- Track project progress and identify delays, risks, and required corrective actions.
- Perform schedule and cost variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
- Develop baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
- Carry out Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
- Support variation orders, claims, and project change management.
- Prepare mitigation and recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Track project KPIs and report overall project performance.
- Work on several priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Good working knowledge of:
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
- MS Office
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and deadlines.
Preference: Egyptian candidates are preferred.
