Job Description
A company in Bahrain is urgently hiring a Civil Engineer / Project Engineer with strong experience in building construction and GCC projects.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring construction projects to make sure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and organize construction projects
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage construction resources and project activities
- Make sure construction work follows building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Manage project teams and daily construction activities
- Monitor project progress and solve issues when required
- Make changes to the project plan when needed
- Develop and follow quality control procedures
- Make sure construction work meets required quality standards
- Maintain accurate project records and documents
- Make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong experience in building construction
- Previous GCC construction experience is required
- Experience in construction project management
- Must have a valid CRPEP License
- Good knowledge of construction planning and project coordination
- Good understanding of building codes, safety, and quality standards
- Age below 40 years
