Position: Crane Operator Trainer
Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Crane Operator Trainer in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience operating mobile cranes and heavy equipment and should be able to train crane operators safely and effectively.
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry and Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Train crane operators in safe and correct mobile crane operations.
- Provide practical and classroom-based crane operator training.
- Explain crane operation, lifting procedures, and site safety requirements.
- Evaluate operator skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate safe lifting and crane handling techniques.
- Ensure operators follow approved safety procedures and instructions.
- Support skills assessments and operator competency checks.
- Maintain training records and provide feedback on trainee performance.
- Follow applicable lifting, safety, and site requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Operator.
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator Trainer or skills trainer is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile cranes and heavy equipment.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Previous Saudi Aramco experience is an advantage.
- Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or Vocational studies is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent TOEFL score is required.
- Strong knowledge of crane safety, lifting operations, and safe work practices.
