Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
- Experience in a cleaning company, housekeeping, facility services, or home cleaning is preferred
- Valid Iqama
- Transferable Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Able to travel to different customer locations in Jeddah
- Good communication and basic team management skills
- Able to handle on-call cleaning requests and coordinate workers
Main Duties
- Supervise cleaning staff during customer visits
- Assign workers to cleaning jobs and manage daily schedules
- Check that cleaning work is completed properly and on time
- Coordinate with customers regarding cleaning appointments and service requirements
- Follow up on worker attendance and job completion
- Handle basic customer issues and report problems to management
- Make sure cleaning teams follow company rules and service standards
- Visit job locations when supervision is required
