A company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced EHSS Trainer who can deliver safety training in Bengali for workers in industrial environments.
The role is suited to a safety professional with experience in EHS training, occupational safety, contractor induction, compliance, and large industrial projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS training, industrial safety, or safety compliance
- Experience in power, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial environments
- At least 3 years of experience in training development and delivery
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Industrial Safety
- Engineering
- Related technical field
- Ability to deliver safety training and worker orientations in Bengali
- Experience conducting contractor onboarding and site induction programs
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
Safety Training Experience
The candidate should be able to conduct training on topics such as:
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Confined Space Entry
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Working at Height
- Fire Prevention and Safety
- SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations)
- General workplace safety
- Industrial emergency and hazard awareness
Industrial Project Experience
Experience supporting large workforces during shutdowns, turnarounds, restoration, or major industrial projects is required.
The trainer should be comfortable handling worker orientations, safety briefings, training records, and contractor mobilization activities.
Safety Standards & Certifications
Knowledge of the following standards and safety practices is preferred:
- OSHA
- NFPA
- ISO 45001
- ISO 14001
- Industry EHSS standards and best practices
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification and NEBOSH or an equivalent safety qualification will be an advantage.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Training records and reporting systems
