Requirement: Experienced Electrical & ELV Supplier/Contractor
We are looking for an experienced Electrical and ELV contractor or supplier in Riyadh for an ongoing project. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying materials, installation, connections, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Scope of Work
The project includes:
- Electrical power and data cabling
- XLPE, PVC and SWA cables with required accessories
- Cable trays, conduits and structural openings
- Electrical distribution panels and protection devices
- LED architectural screens and handrail lighting
- Technical room and elevator AC power connections
- Access control system installation
- 6-camera CCTV system with workstation
- Fire alarm system for the technical room
- Electrical sockets, switches and indoor LED lighting
- Router and AC disconnect switches
- Testing, commissioning and final project handover
Contractor Requirements
The contractor must be able to provide:
- All required electrical and ELV materials
- Professional installation and cable connections
- Required accessories and related equipment
- Testing and commissioning
- Work according to project drawings and specifications
- Compliance with applicable Saudi electrical standards
- Proper documentation for final handover
