About the Job

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate should have practical knowledge of RCC works, construction drawings, manpower planning, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
  • Manage RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) works and site execution.
  • Read and understand civil and structural drawings.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and site teams.
  • Assist with manpower and resource planning.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow project requirements.
  • Handle site follow-ups and resolve day-to-day construction issues.
  • Maintain good communication between the site team and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of relevant civil construction experience.
  • Practical experience with RCC works.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
  • Knowledge of manpower and resource management.
  • Good site coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Site execution experience is preferred.
