A company in Jeddah is urgently hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipment operations across Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The role involves coordinating with logistics supervisors, drivers, clients, and other teams to keep shipments moving on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor logistics operations across Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam
- Follow up with Logistics Supervisors on shipment progress
- Act as the main operational contact for the client
- Receive shipment schedules from the client and share requirements with the relevant supervisors
- Update and maintain the main Excel tracking sheet
- Track containers, delivery status, delays, incidents, and other operational issues
- Follow up with drivers when required
- Prepare a daily management report covering:
- Containers collected from ports
- Containers successfully delivered
- Pending or delayed shipments
- Operational problems that need attention
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, port operations, or fleet coordination
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to follow up with drivers and solve daily operational issues
- Able to work independently
- Good attention to shipment details and reporting
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
