A food manufacturing company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain production machinery and facility equipment and ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintain mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, control panels, and connections.
- Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, and supporting equipment.
- Inspect, replace, install, adjust, and calibrate machine components.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance tools and report required spare parts.
- Work with production teams to identify recurring equipment issues.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Experience in machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Food or confectionery manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot faults and read basic mechanical/electrical diagrams.
- Experience with food production and packaging equipment is an advantage.
