Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Flagman, Banksman, Traffic Marshal, or similar role
- Experience in industrial, construction, shutdown, or turnaround (T&I) work environments
- Knowledge of traffic and pedestrian control
- Experience guiding vehicle and equipment movement
- Able to support heavy equipment and crane operations
- Experience managing worksite access and traffic congestion
- Able to work in busy construction and T&I areas
- Basic English communication skills
