Job Responsibilities
The Painting / Insulation Supervisor will supervise painting and insulation work at the project site and make sure the work is completed properly and safely.
Main duties include:
- Supervise daily painting and insulation activities
- Coordinate workers and site activities
- Monitor work progress and quality
- Make sure work follows project requirements
- Check that workers follow site safety and HSE rules
- Coordinate with other site teams when required
- Report work progress and site issues to management
- Help ensure painting and insulation work is completed on schedule
Requirements
- Experience as a Painting Supervisor, Insulation Supervisor, or Painting/Insulation Supervisor
- Good knowledge of industrial painting and insulation work
- Experience supervising workers and site activities
- Ability to monitor work quality and progress
- Good understanding of workplace safety
- Able to work on a long-term project in Fadhili
