A mining company in Riyadh is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to manage and improve the movement of mining equipment, trucks, resources, and workers.
Important: Candidates must have previous experience with mining companies. CVs without mining company experience will not be shortlisted.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize mining activities and equipment deployment
- Manage truck and equipment allocation and haulage schedules
- Monitor dispatch systems and equipment movement in real time
- Track equipment availability, utilization, and production targets
- Work with mine planners, geologists, and production supervisors
- Communicate schedules and production targets to operators and drivers
- Check mining equipment and machinery for proper operation
- Review production data and find areas where productivity can improve
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during equipment breakdowns
- Follow mining safety rules and site procedures
- Train and support dispatch operators on systems and safety procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of mining operations experience
- Previous experience in a mining company is required
- Experience in dispatch or production planning is preferred
- Knowledge of mine dispatch and fleet management systems
- Experience with systems such as Modular Mining DISPATCH, Wenco, or MineMax is an advantage
- Additional training or certification in mine dispatch systems is a plus
