Job Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and bringing contracts for the company.
Main duties include:
- Find and approach new clients
- Generate new business contracts
- Develop Manpower Supply projects
- Find General Contracting opportunities
- Generate O&M (Operations and Maintenance) projects
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up with clients until the contract is finalized
- Coordinate with clients during the sales and contract process
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development or sales
- Experience in finding new clients and contracts
- Knowledge of manpower supply, contracting, or O&M business is useful
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Candidates from Kerala, India are preferred
