Job Description
A company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced CS Piping Supervisor to manage site teams working on chilled water piping and water-cooled chiller installation.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with carbon steel (CS) piping, HVAC chilled water systems, pipe installation, welding coordination, and chiller connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise workers installing CS chilled water piping.
- Manage installation, alignment, and connection of water-cooled chillers.
- Work with 80 TR and 190 TR chillers.
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and civil teams.
- Follow approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower, material use, and work quality.
- Coordinate pipe supports, welding, valves, and piping accessories.
- Support pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning.
- Check daily site progress and report to the project or site engineer.
- Make sure work is completed properly and according to the project schedule.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in CS chilled water piping.
- Proven experience with water-cooled chillers of 80 TR and above.
- Strong knowledge of chilled water piping installation.
- Good knowledge of pipe supports, welding, valves, and piping accessories.
- Able to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
- Good team leadership and manpower management skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.
