Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Restaurant or chain-store accounting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge of cost accounting and month-end closing
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of IFRS and Saudi VAT regulations is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities
The Accountant will handle accounting and financial work for the company and its restaurant branches.
Main duties include:
- Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries
- Review payment requests, expense claims, purchase orders, and invoices
- Reconcile restaurant sales, POS records, cash collections, and bank receipts
- Handle supplier account reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Track food and raw material costs
- Assist with inventory counts and cost variance analysis
- Complete month-end closing
- Prepare financial reports and business analysis
- Assist with Saudi VAT filings and audits
- Maintain organized financial records and documents
- Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
Salary and Benefits
The advertised salary is SAR 4,000–5,000 per month. The final salary is negotiable based on experience and professional qualifications.
