Job Description
A project team in Jubail is looking for an experienced TUV Level 3 Certified Rigger to handle lifting and rigging work safely at the project site.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing loads, checking lifting equipment, guiding crane operations, and making sure all lifting work follows the approved lifting plan and safety rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out lifting and rigging work according to the approved lifting plan.
- Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting equipment before use.
- Check load weight and center of gravity before lifting.
- Select the correct lifting tools and methods for each job.
- Communicate with crane operators using standard hand signals or radio.
- Follow project, client, and international safety requirements.
- Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Report unsafe conditions and lifting hazards.
- Maintain records of lifting activities.
- Support and guide junior riggers when required.
Requirements
- Valid TUV Level 3 Rigger / Crane Operator certification.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in crane operation, rigging, or lifting work.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, construction, or heavy industry.
- Aramco project experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of lifting operations, load calculation, rigging equipment, and crane safety.
- Able to read and understand lifting plans.
- Good physical fitness and strong safety awareness.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valid Saudi Iqama with transfer eligibility.
- Available for immediate joining.
