The position is suitable for someone who has worked with Oil & Gas and industrial clients and has experience selling technical inspection and engineering services.

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business and growing sales for inspection and testing services.
Main duties include:
- Find and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Oil & Gas and industrial clients.
- Develop sales plans and work toward revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Develop business for DTI, IWEX, AUT, and ANDT technologies.
- Find new opportunities in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, and power sectors.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Follow up with clients and help close business deals.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable technical services.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates should have:
- 10–15 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Strong experience in ILI, pigging, pipeline inspection, and Advanced NDT services.
- A proven record in business development and closing sales.
- Experience selling technical or complex engineering services.
- Good knowledge of the Oil & Gas and industrial inspection market.
- Strong client relationship and account management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Ability to work with technical and operations teams.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or MBA is required.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience working with clients or projects in the following sectors is preferred:
- Oil & Gas
- Petrochemical
- Refineries
- Power
- Pipeline inspection
- Industrial services
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
