Job Responsibilities
The Coating Inspector will check coating and painting work at the project site and make sure the work follows project and quality requirements.
Main duties may include:
- Inspect surface preparation before coating.
- Check coating and painting application.
- Inspect coating thickness and finish.
- Carry out coating inspection and quality checks.
- Check surface conditions before and during painting work.
- Record inspection results and site observations.
- Check coating materials and application methods.
- Follow project specifications and inspection requirements.
- Report coating defects and other quality issues.
- Coordinate with site and quality control teams.
Required Experience
Candidates should have experience in industrial coating inspection, painting inspection, surface preparation, and corrosion protection work.
Experience with Saudi Aramco projects and standards is required, along with valid Aramco approval for the position.
