Job Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor will supervise civil construction work at the project site and coordinate with workers and project teams.
Main duties may include:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Monitor workers and site work.
- Check that work is completed according to drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
- Follow up on construction work and daily progress.
- Check materials and workmanship at the site.
- Make sure workers follow site safety rules.
- Report site progress and work issues to the project team.
- Help solve basic site problems and delays.
- Make sure civil work is completed on time and as required.
Required Experience
Candidates should have experience in civil construction, site supervision, building work, infrastructure, or other civil projects.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, site work, materials, manpower supervision, and daily project coordination will be useful for this position.
