Job Responsibilities
The Supply Chain / Inventory Manager will handle inventory and supply chain activities and make sure stock and materials are properly managed.
Main duties may include:
- Manage daily inventory and stock control activities.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
- Plan material and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Reduce stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare inventory and supply chain reports.
- Check stock accuracy through regular inventory checks.
- Support smooth movement of materials from suppliers to the warehouse and required locations.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates should have:
- Proven work experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Inventory Manager.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Experience with supply planning and material management.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Good supplier and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
