Job Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will handle customer relationships, new sales, and business development for steel products and services.
Main duties include:
- Find new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Promote steel products and related services.
- Contact contractors, consultants, developers, and other customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare follow-ups.
- Negotiate prices and sales terms with customers.
- Work toward assigned sales targets.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Carry out market research in Jubail, Dammam, and nearby areas.
- Check competitor activities and market prices.
- Follow market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams.
- Follow up on orders to help ensure smooth delivery and project execution.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have:
- 2–3 years of Sales and Marketing experience.
- Experience in the steel or construction industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Eastern Province market, especially Jubail and Dammam.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to find new customers and develop business.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Good understanding of steel products and construction-related sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-focused approach.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Transferable Iqama or valid Saudi work status is preferred.
