Job Responsibilities
The CAFM Operator will handle daily facility management system work and update maintenance records.
Main duties may include:
- Operate and update the CAFM system.
- Use IBM Maximo for maintenance and facility records.
- Enter and update work orders.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
- Update job status and maintenance information.
- Maintain records for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors.
- Check that work orders are properly closed and updated.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports from the system.
- Keep CAFM data accurate and up to date.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have:
- At least 5 years of CAFM experience.
- Strong working experience with IBM Maximo.
- Experience in facility management or maintenance operations.
- Good knowledge of work orders and maintenance records.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and facility teams.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour duty shifts.
Iqama Requirement
Candidates must currently be available in Saudi Arabia and have a transferable Iqama.
Applicants who are outside Saudi Arabia or do not have a transferable Iqama may not be suitable for this position.
